Starting prices are in SGD and apply to one standard WordPress website. Any applicable tax and third-party fees will be itemised in your quote. Payment is arranged by bank transfer or an Airwallex payment link after the scope is agreed.

The upgrade price covers up to 10 supported plugins and one active theme. Scan and standard cleanup prices cover up to 2 GB of accessible files. Cleanup includes scanning; you do not need to purchase both separately.

One-month malware cleanup warranty

Malware cleanup includes a one-month warranty from the date cleanup is completed. If the same website is reinfected within that month, we will re-clean it at no extra service charge. Contact sales@kumify.sg within the warranty period to arrange the re-clean.

When a separate quote makes sense

Multisite, complex WooCommerce stores, severely outdated software, database-wide infections, reinfections outside the one-month cleanup warranty, custom-code repairs, and hosting-level issues need individual assessment.

Premium themes & plugins

Paid or premium themes and plugins are covered only when you provide a valid licence and the latest official update files or access to download them. Components whose updates are unavailable from the vendor or cannot be legally downloaded are excluded from the standard upgrade package. Licence purchases, renewals, replacements, and any additional compatibility work are quoted separately.

What isn’t bundled in

Hosting, paid plugin or theme licences, redesigns, content changes, ongoing monitoring, and guaranteed emergency response are outside these one-time services. Extra work is agreed before it begins.
